Agricultural Equipment Maintenance and Technology
This course prepares students to grow plants for personal and commercial use. Students will be working extensively in the greenhouse with poinsettia production in the fall and bedding plant and geranium production in the spring, and will be the greenhouse managers for the growing season. If you love plants, this is the class for you!!
Students will conduct a job shadow experience in a career related to this class during the semester. Classroom and laboratory activities are supplemented through supervised agricultural experiences, and FFA leadership programs and activities.
