Life Dynamics

This intermediate course will explore the impact of crisis situations on families and how we work through those and grow from them. Time will be spent looking at family across the lifespan and addressing the careers associated with those developments in counseling, mental health and human behavior. Topics include stress, changes in the family life cycle, grief and loss, and  health disorders. An emphasis will be placed on services available to support families while developing foundational knowledge and skills.
