Educational Background: I graduated from Crete High School.  I attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and received a bachelors of science degree in the area of 7-12 Mild/Moderate Special Education.  I began my teaching career at Southeast High School in Lincoln.  In the fall of 2000, I began teaching at Norris.  I am a High School Special Education Teacher currently co-teaching in English Classes, Global Perspectives and American History 9.  I received my masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Doane University.

Hometown:  I grew up on a farm near Hallam, Nebraska and attended Crete Schools.  After living in Lincoln for a few years, I missed farm living and built a house in the country  near my parents.  I love being able to live so close to my family.  I have one son who will be in 9th grade this year.
