Congratulations to Evie Becher on winning State MS Girls Wrestling

The following wrestlers had a one loss season:

Kadin McNabb

Brycen Rhoades

Easton Burnhiede


An additional 12 wrestlers had winning seasons.  The teams overall record was 217 wins and 127 losses, 63%.


Congratulations to George Lee shooting 50 out of 50 at the TRAP Meet!


  • March 14th - 7th grade band performs at concert-7:00 pm


  • Sports Broadcasts and Video Production - Are you interested in sports, using video equipment and computers? We are looking for students to help with our Spring Sports broadcasts (Baseball & Soccer) We need motivated students that can consistently commit time outside of school (athletic events) to be announcers, camera/replay operators, and video editors.  Please see or email Mr. Carlson for more information (andrew.carlson@nsdtitans.org)


  • CONGRATULATIONS to the cast and crew of THE LION KING, JR., our 2023 middle school musical.  The performances will take place on Friday, May 12 at 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM.  Reserved Seat Tickets will be available online beginning sometime in April.  General admission tickets (remaining tickets) will be available at the door 30 minutes before each show.  Click theLINK to view the cast list!  


  • 8th Grade Students - Sapphires tryouts will be March 22, 23, 24, 25.  You can pick up tryout packets at the office

  • BRING ‘EM IN, BRING ‘EM IN!

This is the last week to bring in your change! The event began on Valentine's Day, February 14th, and will go through Saint Paddy's Day (March 17th) - add coins to your jar and cash to other Advisories’ jars! Congrats to Lechtenberg for winning last week! 


  • SIGN UP NOW for the Colorguard Clinic. Registration forms in the Library and Office. Forms due March 17. A performance for the April 3rd talent show is optional.


  • Lost and Overdue books! Please begin looking for those missing books! 

 

  • Middle School Track - Meeting was Wednesday March 8th . All 7th and 8th graders interested you can contact any of the coaches (Appleby, Bock, Korinek, Penaflor, Terry or Wesch) for more information.
    Make sure you complete the google form sent to your email to sign-up.

    • The first practice will be Monday March 20th 6:30am-8:00am for GIRLS and Tuesday March 21st 6:30am-8:00am for BOYS.

 

  • Thinking about a summer job? NATS Detasseling opens their applications up on March 1 for the summer 2023 detasseling season. 

    • Information is on a poster hanging outside of Mrs. Sobotka’s office - scan the QR code before/after school for more information.

    • You have to be 13 by July 1. 

    • Great way to make money as a MS student!
