MS ACTIVITIES:

8th Grade Volleyball Results vs Elkhorn Grandview

B-Team lost 1-2 (14-25, 25-10, 14-16)

A-Team wins 2-1 (20-25, 25-18, 15-10)

 

7th Grade Volleyball Results vs Elkhorn Grandview

A team loses in a tough 3 sets of great volleyball! 25-11, 25-27, 9-15

B teams dominated in 2 sets 25-13, 25-7

 

 

MS XC Results:

Our meet at Branched Oak was really good yesterday!

Baylee Adam - 2nd place medal

Girls Team - 1st place

Boys Team - 3rd place

 

 

There will be a Boys' Basketball meeting for all 7th and 8th-grade Boys interested in playing basketball this season on Thursday, October 9, from 8:10 am to 8:25 am, in the Middle School Gym. 

Players who just want to play intramurals are welcome to do this without trying out for the team. Email Mr. Rice or stop by his office, letting him know your interest in playing. 

 

 

Norris Student Council hosts PINK OUT ~ Friday, October 10, 2025

We hope you join us on Friday, October 10th and wear your PINK. At Norris, we use the color pink, the color representing breast cancer. We also recognize and honor those affected by all other types of cancer.

 

 

We are looking for the next cover to our NMS Yearbook! If you like to draw or are great at graphic design, stop by the Library or check in with Cullison about how to create a cover for our 25-26 Yearbook! Our theme is Blast to the Past. 

 

This Saturday (October 4th) at Norris High School will be the Norris PTO's 36th annual Fall Norris Craft Fair, from 9 am to 3 pm! 140+ booths with a focus on handmade & homemade items, delicious food, free admission!

Enrollment is OPEN for the Eastern Seaboard Trip in June, 2027! We’ve already filled up our first bus and opened a second! To enroll on the trip, go to bit.ly/easternsea27  Parents can enroll too! If you have any questions about the trip, or to get a flyer that you can take home to show your family, see Mr. Kranz.

 

If you have signed up for the Spelling Bee, please check your email for words to study! 8th grade spellers will start during WIN next Monday, October 6th.  6th and 7th graders will begin their first round on Tuesday, October 7th.
