Remembering Our Fallen Memorial Display is a very stark and emotional reminder of the ultimate sacrifice made by Nebraska military personnel killed in the Global War on Terror in Iraq, Afghanistan, or in a combat zone.  This photo memorial contains personal information and pictures of each of Nebraska’s honored fallen. It has been traveling throughout the state to community centers, county fairs and school locations since 2012. It contains the names of about #150 service members with SSG Ben Prange, a Norris graduate, being among those listed. After leaving the State Fair, the display is coming to Norris High School in September.

This tribute has been created by Patriotic Productions, a non-profit organization based in Omaha. The costs involved are being donated to Norris senior Jessica Craft as part of her Girl Scout Gold Award Project to honor local Veterans. The event is also being supported by members of the American LegionPost #105 in Hickman.

The memorial will be on display in the main hallway of Norris High School during school hours for

students to view. The public is invited to visit the memorial, for free on the following dates & times:

~4-6pm Wednesday Sept 7 through Friday Sept 9

-1-4pm Saturday Sept 10 and Sunday Sept 11
