NORRIS HIGH SCHOOL DAILY BULLETIN - September 28, 2022

   

TODAY’S ACTIVITIES:

Varsity SB vs. Lincoln East @ Doris Bair Field - 5:00

 

The Sound of Music performances are Thursday @ 7:00, Saturday @ 7:00 and Sunday @ 2:00.  Tickets are $10.  You can purchase at the door or buy online -  use the QR code on the posters around the school or visit the following website:  https://www.showtix4u.com/event-details/66181

 

Spanish Club will be meeting on Thursday during IAP in Mrs. Good's room.  If you are interested and weren't able to attend the previous meeting, please join us.  

 

Homecoming royalty ballots will be out Thursday. You will have through Friday at noon to vote. Royalty will be announced next Monday.

 

TITANS GOT TALENT - We are so excited to announce it is time for TITANS GOT TALENT! As a reminder, this is our community-wide talent show. In the past, we have featured all different kinds of acts from singing to dancing, instrumental performances to roller-blading, and so much more. If you are interested, please fill out thisGoogle Form. Only one member of your group needs to fill out the form. Please note, auditions will be on Monday, November 1st, from 4:00-7:00. We will send out a sign-up sheet to reserve slots after we have compiled the list of auditioners. If you have any questions, please send them tohunter.boe@nsdtitans.org. Thank you! Wrestling Meeting:  There will be an informational Wrestling meeting on Thursday, Sept. 29th during IAP in the Wrestling room which is located in the North gym for all boys and girls wanting to learn more.  If you can't make the meeting email Coach Duran at brian.duran@nsdtitans.org

 

Seniors:  You are reminded to fill out the google form with your height and weight for your cap and gown for graduation.   Also, if you did not get the order packet from Josten’s with the graduation products, please stop by the high school office.  Orders must be placed online by Friday, October 21st.

 

The Norris Cheer team is hosting a Color Run on October 1st at 9am to kick off Homecoming Week. Fee per runner= $10 or ($30 for families of 4+) Registration Form Link(there will also be some available in the HS and MS offices) 

 

National Honor Society Application Open Now 

What: Apply to National Honor Society 

Who: Juniors and Seniors with a 3.5 GPA or higher, information was sent to you via email

When: Student Activity Forms due Friday, September 30th, by 4:00 p.m. to Mrs. Thomas

Where: Forms can be found on the Norris160 website, on the Counseling Center website, and linked HERE
