Strong schools are built through strong partnerships, and an important part of that partnership is listening. As part of the Norris School District 160 Board of Education’s 2026-2027 goal to strengthen communication and engagement with district stakeholders, we are working to create more intentional opportunities for our community to share feedback. The Board’s goal is to continue building trust and transparency while keeping our community informed about district accomplishments, challenges, priorities, and progress.

One of the first steps in that effort is simply asking: How are we doing?

We invite Norris families, taxpayers, community members, and other district stakeholders to complete this brief Norris School District Feedback Survey. The survey asks about your overall perception of Norris Schools, what you believe is going well, and where you believe we have opportunities to improve. Your feedback will help us identify concerns that deserve attention while also recognizing and building upon the things our district is doing well. The survey will be open until midnight on Monday, September 28th.

The survey is brief, and we encourage anyone with an interest in Norris School District to participate. To make it as accessible as possible, QR codes will also be available during upcoming parent-teacher conferences and on the Norris School District website.

This survey is one part of a broader effort by the Board of Education to communicate more consistently and listen more intentionally throughout the school year. We know meaningful communication goes both ways, and your perspective is an important part of helping Norris continue to improve.
