Community Call for NSD Steering Committee

COMMUNITY CALL FOR  NORRIS SCHOOL DISTRICT STEERING COMMITTEE
Strong schools are built with community insight, collaboration, and shared vision for the future of our students and staff. 

Due to aging infrastructure, campus safety, student safety and building security, Norris School District is beginning a district-wide review of current and future facility needs. We are inviting community members to be part of the process.

A Steering Committee is being formed to learn, review information, and provide community insight as we consider whether a future bond issue may be needed. This group will work alongside district leadership, architects, construction managers, and financial consultants to:

• Review facility conditions and capacity
• Understand projected enrollment and academic program needs
• Discuss district-wide priorities
• Help shape consensus around potential solutions

This is not an advocacy group. The purpose is to learn, evaluate, and offer informed input so that any recommendations reflect the shared needs and values of the Norris community.
