Third graders at Norris Intermediate hosted a speaker from the UNL Extension office in November.  Students learned about ways to take care of our earth by recycling.  Not only did they learn about materials they can recycle, but how long trash takes to decompose in the landfill.  Students gained valuable information that they can use both at home and at school.
