Sorry this has taken me so long to get this posted to the activity page, but I have been attending the NAIA Track and Field Meet in Marion, Indiana and am back home again to finish my track work here for the season. The girls had a very successful meet in Omaha, we not only brought home several state medals, but we also brought home a STATE CHAMPION in the 100m HH. Gretchen Kroese not only set a new school record, but took a first place finish in the hurdles. The girls results are as follows:Senior Annelise Madison attended state competing in 4 events, she ran a personal season record in 2 of those events and also brought home an 8th place medal. They were disappointed in their time bacause they had ran somewhat better the week before at Districts.Gretchen Kroese went to State in three events: She competed in the 100m Dash, the 100m HH, and the 300m LH. She ran a 13.01 in the 100m Dash, but did not make finals.
