Seniors from around the state of Nebraska that are outstanding athletes and students are chosen to play in the Shrine Soccer Classic each year.  This year, three Norris senior siccer stand-outs were chosen:  LeRoy Cobb (Class B All-state) from the boys' team, Samantha Areman (Class B All-state, Super State Lincoln Journal Star) and Alex Mathers (Honorable Mention All-state LJSt and OWH) from the girl's team.  These players will be members of the South team.The games are on Saturday, June 11, with the girls game beginning at noon and the boys game to follow at 2:30 p.m. The games will be played at Hastings College on the field east of Lloyd Wilson Field, which is being resurfaced.
