Norris TeamMates becomes a Gallup Strengths Chapter
Norris TeamMates is excited to become a Gallup Strengths Chapter. In the past few years, TeamMates has formed a partnership with Gallup to help foster Strength-based development for TeamMate matches. Gallup’s Strengths Survey instruments have been created to help adults and students discover and develop their unique talents. Gallup’s Strengths program gives people the opportunity to develop strengths by building on their greatest talents-the way in which they most naturally think, feel, and behave as unique individuals. TeamMates has partnered with Gallup to provide the resources to TeamMates chapters at no cost. Twenty-two mentors and mentees recently completed the initial training and are using this as an additional tool when meeting with mentees. “Strengths Team” include Kristy Consbruck, Mary Jean TeKolste, HolliAnn Zinnecker, Larry Grosshans, Janey Grosshans, Katye Thomas, Steve Mach, Peg Dillon, Val Fossberg, Matt Markowski, Tawnya Dougals, Julie Weber, Denise Petsche, Laura Devine, Staci Deger, Ron Drury, Jim Devine, Rhonda Burbach, MaryAnn Franken, MaryJo Leininger, and Matt Rice. You can make a difference for a Norris student’s lifetime. If you would like more information about becoming a mentor, contact Mary Ann Franken at the Norris Intermediate School office (402-791-0040) or go to Teammates.org.
