Norris Student Selected to NSAA Student Advisory Committee

Norris Sophomore Sophia Talero has been selected to serve on the NSAA Student Advisory Committee (SAC) for the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 school years.
There were over 75 applicants, and Sophia was selected as one of the 10 soon-to-be juniors on the committee. In the 2020-21 school year, those who served on the committee as juniors will serve their second year as seniors and ten new juniors will be added for a total of 20 members.
The selection was based on several different criteria. The committee is designed to include students from every NSAA district, each of the four classes (A, B, C, D) with male, female, and minority representation.
