Norris to host Law Enforcement / First Responders Appreciation Breakfast
Appreciation Breakfast for Norris-Area Law Enforcement & First Responders Tuesday, August 16 in HS Multipurpose Room
The Norris School District in partnership with the High School Student Council and Sister Hugs volunteer organization is hosting an appreciation breakfast from 7:30-8:30 AM on Tuesday, August 16th.
Our student body, represented by our Student Council leadership, wish to express their gratitude towards law enforcement and local fire and rescue officials for their service to our communities and school district.
Various campus entrances and exterior spots are currently decorated with blue ribbons as a symbolic gesture and decorative display of gratitude for our law enforcement and first responder personnel, who risk their safety in the service of our public and assistance to others.
Norris area parents serving in law enforcement, fire and rescue, or first responder capacities are invited to stop by the Norris High School multipurpose room from 7:30-8:30 AM on Tuesday, August 16th for an appreciation breakfast.
Those wishing to attend are asked to contact Linda Lindersmith or Kim Brodersen in the district office at 402-791-0000 to RSVP so the district has an accurate projected attendance for the breakfast. Complimentary Dunkin' Donuts, fresh fruit, and coffee will be served to attendees.
