Norris Girls Beat Blair            The Norris Lady Titans traveled to Blair last night for an EMC regular season game.  Norris was able to hold on for the win after a comeback attempt by Blair.  In the first quarter both teams played well and holding each other in check throughout the quarter.  Norris outscored Blair 12-8 in the quarter with the help of 6 for 6 free throw shooting.  Norris was able to extend their lead in the second quarter out scoring Blair again 13-5 to take a 25-13 lead into the locker room.  Blair came out in the third quarter trying to get back into the game.  Blair outscored Norris 11-9 in the quarter to cut into the lead.  Norris still led 34-24 going into the final quarter and appeared to have control of the game.  Blair would not go away and forced Norris into unforced turnovers and converted them for points.  Blair outscored Norris 15-6 in the final quarter and had the last possession of the game but a turnover did not allow them an opportunity for a shot.  Norris escaped a narrow 40-39 victory.            Norris will host Seward on Saturday with the Junior Varsity game starting at 3:00.Norris Scoring:            Alix Bryant 11, Felicia Tekolste 11, Jessica Taylor 7, Bridget Bucher 7,                                    Alex Mathers 2, Ashley Schroeder 2Rebounds:                   Tekolste 11, Bryant 5, Taylor 5, Bucher 5, Schroeder 3, Simpson 2Steals:                          Areman 5, Taylor 4, Tekolste 4, Bryant 3Assists:                        Bryant 2
