Norris Elementary Science Day

Norris Elementary Science Day

Thursday, October 17, 2019

Norris Elementary welcomed guest teachers to walk us through a day of science from Edgerton Explorit Center in Aurora.  Our day was filled with labs where we dug for dinosaurs, made slime, and found out what happened when we mixed colors together. We also were able to explore light, sound, texture, building, and other science and math centers in the Explorit zone set up in our very own gym! The guest teachers taught us about cold through the use of liquid nitrogen and bubbles. Thanks to our PTO for making the science day possible at our school!
