Lincoln — Lancaster County Election Commissioner David Shively reminds Norris School District voters who have not returned their mail-in ballots for the November 14^th Special Election that the ballots must be received in the Election Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, November 14^th.    

Shively suggests that voters mail their ballots no later than Friday, November 10^th to ensure that they are received by the deadline.   Ballots received after 5:00 p.m. on November 14^th will not be counted.   

Voters may drop their ballots off in person at the Election Office, which is located at 601 North 46^th Street, Lincoln.  The office is open week-days from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will be open from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, November 14^th. 

In addition, the Election Office has a ballot drop box located on the north side of the building which is available twenty-four hours a day.
