Edgerton Explorit Science Day
Edgerton Explorit Science Day
On October 15th, Norris Intermediate hosted the Edgerton Explorit Center in their first Science Day. Staff from Edgerton presented experiments for the entire student body related to sound waves and different types of cold. Throughout the day, students participated in the Explorit Zone, which provided multiple stations where the students learned about building, magnetics, electricity, force and many other topics. Students also had the opportunity to create lava lamps, slime and catapults! Edgerton provided Family Night where families could also take part in the Explorit Zone and watch an experiment takeplace. This day was organized by 5th Grade teacher, Matt Markowski, and funded by the Norris PTO with proceeds from the Fun Run!! Thanks to Edgerton and all who participated in this great event!
