The boys soccer team traveled to Plattsmouth last Thursday and came away with a 4-1 victory against a physical side.The Titans started off well, creating a few early chances. Jared Zysset, a senior captain, tallied the first goal off an assist from junior LaRoy Cobb. The Blue Devils answered with a goal of their own following a miscommunication amongst Norris players attempting to clear the ball out of danger.However, the second half saw the Titans pull away for the win, following two goals from Cobb who was on the receiving end of sophomore Nick Hoover's assists. The game was put away in the final minutes after David Patt was brought down in the box and Cobb converted the subsequent penalty kick.The Titans improve to 5-2 on the season and next travel to Platteview and Gretna before hosting Beatrice at home.
