Norris grinds out an impressive 28-7 win over York

We are very proud of how our players performed tonight vs. York.  We needed to play a game, and the wet conditions provided an additional challenge this early in the season.

We would like to commend Glen Snodgrass (head coach at York) for the fine job he has done at York in a short amount of time.  The York kids played hard and gave us some challenges with their blitzing defense, and multiple offense.
 
We would also like to acknowledge our seniors and the great leadership they have provided the team.
 
Credit our offensive line for getting the job done.  These young men were the difference makers.  Our O-line had a dominating performance.  We felt we wore the York Defensive Line down as the game went on.  York had a big physical line, but we have good depth, and were able to rotate a few kids on both our offensive and defensive lines.
 
We will be at home again next Friday to play a much improved Schuyler Team.
