On Monday, August 27th, the Norris Titan Softball Team met the Lady Raiders from Wymore Southern High School and the Lady Orange from Beatrice High School in the 3 schools' yearly triangular. Norris played the Lady Raiders in their opening game and defeated the team from Wymore 10-2 in 5 innings of play. NHS received a fine effort in the circle from senior pitcher Jenna Gruber who fired a 4 hitter and allowed no earned runs. The Titans were paced offensively with 2 hits each from Makenna Tracy, Brittany Funk, and Dani Meierhenry.
