The Norris Titans were hosted by the Lincoln Pius X Thunderbolts at Lincoln's Doris Bair field on Monday, September 16th with the Titans winning 11-3 in the 5 inning run rule game.  NHS answered the Bolts early 1-0 lead in the second inning with a 7-run explosion highlighted by RBI's from Taylor McMurray, Alexis Wiggins, Bailey Zavala, and Carli Kohout. Norris hammered Pius pitching for 11 hits in the 5 inning contest, with Zavala and Olivia Ozenbaugh each slamming home runs. The Titans scored in each inning except the 1st while Norris pitchers Kohout and Wiggins combined on a 5-hitter with 10 strikeouts.
