The Norris 8th Grade Titans added another "W" to their season as they defeated Plattsmouth 30-20 at Titan Stadium on Sept. 9th, 2019

The Titans displayed a powerful running attack behind Blake Macklin, Kaden Kier, and Eli Holt throughout the game. Sam Talero provided a solid passing attack to keep the Plattsmouth defense at bay. Defensively, John Hood, Coleson Pomajzl, Treyson Clauss, Logan Michel, Brodie Hoover, and Jack McNally (and many others) provided the Titan defense with big plays and great tackling. 

The Titans drove the ball down the field on their first possession of the game, but did not score. Plattsmouth put the first touchdown on the board after a long run. The rest of the first half was dominated by the Titan ground game and defense. the Titans led 24-6 at the break. In the second half, the Titans continued to use the run game, but the Plattsmouth defense came up with big stops and big plays to cut into the Titan lead. The Titans mounted a final drive with Eli Holt capping it off on a short touchdown run. 

The young Titans' next game is Tuesday, Sept 10th, at HOME, against Bennington.
