The Norris Titans Girls Varsity Tennis Team came to the EMC's with a mission and swept the Golds, and also claiming the Team Title.

Teams included Blair, Elkhorn, Gretna, Waverly, Nebraska City and Norris.  They played 2 6 set matches and if each team had a win, it went to a 10 point tie break.  
#1 Doubles Georgia and Izzy Havel powered past Waverly to reach the finals against Elkhorn.
#2 Doubles Anastasia Krueger and Maddie Starr beat out Elkhorn to reach the finals against Waverly.
#1 Singles Crystal Kraft faced Nebraska City to beat Elkhorn in the finals.
#2 Singles Taylor Ronne played past Blair to meet Waverly in the finals.

All teams were also seeded #1 going into the EMC matches and each came away with a victory and Gold Medals.

Overall team scoring 1st Place Norris 36, 2nd Place Elkhorn 19, and 3rd Place Waverly 13.

Congrats Girls!!  The Waverly Invite is Thursday, May 9 at Woods and State Tennis will be May 16 & 17 at Woods.
