Norris School District is now hiring 1:1 special education substitute paraprofessionals.  Positions will be working with students in grades K-12 who have developmental disabilities. Titans defeat Elkhorn, Waverly and Bennington at EMC duals

The Titan Wrestling Team traveled to the EMC duals Friday and Saturday and finished in a 3 way tie for 5th place with Bennington and Blair. The Titans earned dual wins over Elkhorn, Waverly and in their last dual a 40-39 win over Bennington on criteria.  The Titans were led by #106 senior Clayton Cobb who finished 8-0 and earned the meets most outstanding wrestler award as voted on by the coaches.  Juniors Taylon Lieneman and Dakota Anderson were not far behind with 7 and 6 wins respectively.  The rest on the wins breakdown...Jared Liesemeyer and Ben Rice each earned 4 wins, Ryley LaVene with 3 wins followed by Codie Kraus, Dillon Duffield, Travis TeKolste Blaise Eason and Dalton Dwinell with 2 wins each, while Hunter Bond, TJ Stajner and Lucas Sullivan each recorded a win.  The team highlight dual was the Bennington dual as the Titans jumped on the Badgers early with 3 pins(by Dwinell, Rice and Eason) followed by a forfeit another pin(Cobb) and an exciting 14-10 decision by Lienemann, the Badgers clawed their way back taking a 39-33 lead heading into the last match where Titan Dakota Anderson scored a pin.  The Titans won the dual as they had more six point victories(6-5).  Titan freshman Hunter Bond and Drew Freehling(against a 2 time state champion) fought valiantly and did not get pinned to help the Titan cause.  The Titans take on Tri County Tuesday night and travel to Syracuse for a pin tourney
Friday.
