After an overtime win over Seward in the first round of the B-5 district tournament, Norris looked to avenge a regular season loss to top-seeded Crete at Al Papik Field on the Doane College campus. Crete struck first with a goal in the 5th minute of play. They took that 1 to 0 lead into half. The Titans responded with a quick goal by Tanner Wood in the 47th minute. Drew Freehling assisted Wood with the goal, which knotted things up at 1 all. The Titans had a few chances to get the ball into the back of the net, but the Crete defense stood strong. The game headed to overtime. After a scoreless 1st OT, and with most of the 2nd OT gone, the Titans made a push upfield and Junior Josh Funk delivered. Funk scored on a 1 v 1 with the Crete keeper to seal the victory and the 3rd straight district title for the Titans.

Next up for the Titans is a Sub-State match which will be determined at a later date.
