Early lead gives the Titans easy victory over Omaha Gross, 14-0

The Titans shut the door early on Omaha Gross, capturing a 14-0 victory on Tuesday at Hickman.

Nine runs in the first three innings allowed the Titans to put the game away early.

A walk by Byron Hood, a sacrifice fly by Jake Peterson, an error, an RBI single by Terrell Rose, and a passed ball in the first inning and a two-run double by Hood, , and an RBI single by Payton Kinney during the second inning helped the Titans put some runs on the board early.
Hood racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Titans.

Omaha Gross couldn't get anything going so long as Kinney was on the hill. Omaha Gross managed just one hit off of Kinney, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out one during his four innings of work.
