On Monday evening, the Norris Titans defeated the Waverly Vikings 2-0. The Titans returned to their winning ways with a strong performance against their long-time EMC rival. Both teams had plenty of chances in the first ten minutes, but after things settled down, the Titans found the back of the net first. Jack Lee drilled a ball into the back of the net to give the Titans a 1-0 lead. Keegan Johnson with the assist. The Titans took that 1-0 lead into halftime. The second half was dominated by the Titans. Ben VanBrocklin headed in a corner kick from Ben Hohensee to give the Titans a 2-0 lead. The Titan defense put a stranglehold on the Viking attack all night. Dominic Pelini picked up the win and shutout in goal for the Titans.

The Titans will host Bennington on Thursday, April 6th at 7:00 at Titan Field.
