Volleyball Team starts season with 3 set win over Bennington

This was a great first win for our team. I was so impressed with their effort, communication, and teamwork. They kept their composure and really competed hard for every point. Bennington is a great team and has some really good athletes. We touched a lot of balls on defense. I am very pleased with where we are after 15 practices. Marisa Moseman was in the setter position and really did a nice job distributing the ball to our hitters. We had a very balanced attack with 4 girls with 7 and 8 kills. That is definitely going to be a strength of our team, we can mix up the offense. Kylie Hohlen played a great defensive game and led with 26 digs. Maddy Bruder followed with 19 and Mackenzie Allen had 16. I think this is a great starting point for our team, I am excited for our journey ahead.
