Despite a 6-run deficit in the seventh inning, the Norris Titans almost came all the way back, eventually falling 6-5 to Concordia/Brownell/Omaha Christian Academy on Monday. Norris scored five runs in the failed comeback on a double by Joe Osborn, a sacrifice fly by Cade Baker, and a walk by CJ Hood. TheTitans couldn't keep up with Concordia/Brownell/Omaha Christian Academy early in the game. Concordia/Brownell/Omaha Christian Academy took the lead on a single in the first inning. In the first inning, Concordia/Brownell/Omaha Christian Academy got their offense started. Braden Olson singled on a 0-2 count, scoring one run. Norris Titans Varsity scored five runs in the seventh inning. Norris big bats in the inning were led by a walk by Hood, a sacrifice fly by Baker, by Grant Gouldin, and a double by Osborn.

Coleton Kanzmeier earned the win for Concordia/Brownell/Omaha Christian Academy. He allowed seven hits and five runs over six innings. Olson threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen. Evan Bennett took the loss for Norris Titans Varsity. He went five innings, allowing four runs on seven hits and striking out one. Tyler Monroe went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Norris in hits. Concordia/Brownell/Omaha Christian Academy collected ten hits on the day. Kanzmeier, Jack Torosian, and Olson each managed multiple hits for Concordia/Brownell/Omaha Christian Academy. Kanzmeier led Concordia/Brownell/Omaha Christian Academy with three hits in four at bats.

The Titans will still make the NSAA Championship Tournament hosted at Werner Park. It tentatively looks like they will be the number three seed and take on EMC foe, Elkhorn.
