Fitness for Life

Students will have numerous aerobic options including treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes and rowing machines.  The opportunity to strengthen the core and work on enhancing flexibility through dumbbell, exercise ball and yoga workouts will be offered as well.  Lifetime fitness will be incorporated to include activities such as walking and individual or partner games, i.e. Golf, Frisbee golf, Croquet, and Bocce ball.
