Algebra II Diff is considered a prerequisite for those students who plan to take pre-calculus.  This class is similar to second year algebra but contains an increased emphasis on problem solving.  Topics include functions, graphing linear and non-linear equations, solving simultaneous equations, systems of equations, and matrices.  Scientific calculator required, graphing calculator strongly recommended.
