Norris Middle School

Thursday, November 11th (B Day)

Scannable RFID bus name badges will be distributed to students on Friday, November 12, 2021, during the school day.  All students will receive one badge whether they are regular bus riders or not since all students may use school transportation services for other reasons such as class field trips or activities. For students in grades K-5, the badge will be attached to their book bag via a lanyard to help with the management of the badge.  Students in middle and high school will receive just the badge but can request a lanyard separately if desired. Bus badges will be required for bus ridership and the replacement cost for a lost or damaged badge is $5.00 and can be obtained in the school office where each child attends.  The use of the new system will then go live for the morning regular bus route on Monday, November 15, 2021, and bus badges will be needed for ridership.
