NORRIS MIDDLE SCHOOL BULLETIN -  Oct. 28th, 2013

Runza Night is tonight.  15% of sales from 5-8 will go to the Norris Elementary and Intermediate PTO.

PLEASE stop by the Lost ‘n Found to claim your belongings.  There are lots of coats, you are going to need them … Burrrrrrr!

Volunteers needed for our Book Fair, November 11-15.  Please check with your parents to see if they are free anytime to be a book fair helper.  Fair runs from 8am to 4 pm everyday.

FFA Food Drive is on all this week… bring your donation to the drop off spot in the MS Office.

Are you a 7th or 8th grader who is interested in getting stronger, faster, or just more fit?  

If so, the new high school fitness center will be open after school on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.  Come on down and get a good workout!  Those attending need to be

picked up by parents by 5:00 each day.  If you have any questions, talk to Mr. Murtaugh in room 404.

The 5th & 6th Grade Talent Show has been set for Monday, November 25th at 7:00 p.m.  Tryouts will be Monday, November 11th and Tuesday, November 12th after school.  There will be a signup sheet outside Mr. Price’s door (MS 401) in the 8th grade hallway) during the week of November 4th.  A good variety of acts is needed.

Attention HAL students:  Intro to Spanish will only meet on Thursdays instead of Mondays and Thursdays as originally stated.  If you are interested please turn your sign-up forms in to Mrs. Schlake or Mrs. Hagan as soon as possible.

The SkillsUSA Norris Chapter is selling “Titan Attire” wearing apparel designed and screen printed at the school by local members.  As well as through the PTO - get your fliers through the MS Office.
