MS 3-19 Bulletin

7th & 8th Grade Boys TRACK MEETING after school in the MS Gym.

There will be NO MathCounts practice on Thursday and NO Quiz Bowl practice on Friday. See you next week!

REMINDER: NO food is to leave the lunch room area at noon. Food and wrappers are being trashed outside our MS Building. Please do your part in keeping our building and grounds something we can all be proud of.

Book Fair will soon be here! Please ask your parents if they would like to volunteer. We need parent helpers weekdays April 8 through April 17. Please email Mrs. Andre at jessie.andre@nsdtitans.org if you can help!

Attention all middle School Students: Anyone wanting to be a ball runner for the Boys and Girls High School Soccer Team for any of the home games need to sign up outside of Mr. Kendall's room (5th Hallway). You get free food during all home games.

The Carnival is coming and the committee is seeker helpers. So, Student Leadership Team Members and/or 8th graders looking for volunteer opportunities pick up a registration form in the office brochure holder and return it to Mr. Bade by March 22nd.

Calling all 3-7 Football players, there will be a Youth Fundamental Skills Football Camp in May. Pick up a flier in the MS Office if interested.

Season is changing slowly which means change in wardrobe. Reminder then to follow dress code – refer to your planner if you have questions. Biggest issue is long enough shorts and skirts and straps on shirts must be at least 2” wide with no bra straps showing. Slippers are not to be worn as shoes. Please be respectful to yourself.

Let's Get the Lost-N-Found cleaned out – please take what is yours home – your lunch sack, your coat, your mittens, your hats, pick up your planner and books and return them to your locker. Thank you for taking care of what is yours!

The human tongue can do so much damage. We must be ever mindful and not speak critically. A lot of what we say is probably best left unsaid. If you have been bullied or witnessed another student being bullied, immediately report this to a staff member, Mrs. Rupert or Mrs. Tracy. Thank you for helping to make Norris Middle School a safe and welcoming community. Stay Strong!

Looking for summer work – check out the detasseling opportunities:

Must be 12 years old and 5 feet tall with a good work ethic for both companies.

Fliers are available for both companies in the MS Office.
