TODAY’S ACTIVITIES:             Junior FFA Members Washington, DC Trip Info Meeting – IAP – W-17

                                                Boys Golf Pre-seasson Meeting – IAP – HS Conference Room


Girls BB District Tournament:  Norris will play at 7:00 p.m. tomorrow night (Wednesday) at Lincoln East.  We will play the winner of Waverly & Nebraska City.


Any junior interested in boys and girls state, there will be an informational meeting tomorrow (Wednesday) during IAP in the auditorium.


Girls track meeting tomorrow after school in M-4 at 3:40.  We should be done by 4:30.


Boys Soccer T-Shirts are in.  Please pick up your T-Shirt order from Mr. Talero in Rm E9.


Any student interested in attending a 2 day automotive camp this summer at SCC-Milford see Mr. Jenkins for a flyer. You must be 16 years old.


If you are interested in going to Italy, Germany and Switzerland this July, see or email Mrs. Burbach.  For more information, see Mrs. Burbach's website at:  https://sites.google.com/a/nsdtitans.org/rhondaburbach/europe-trip  The deadline to enroll on this trip is March 21.  Also, if you are interested in a future trip, see Mrs. Burbach.  I would love to have your input and ideas.  Maybe we could make it become a reality for you!


Baseball Team:  There will be a pre-season meeting tomorrow (Wednesday) during IAP in Mr. Hansmeyer’s room.


Baseball t-shirts & sweatshirts order forms are in the office.  All forms and money are due by Thursday,

February 28th!


Yearbook Info:

~Deadline to order 2013 Yearbook is March 1st.  Cost $75; With name-$80

~Yearbook staff applications for next year are due to Mrs. Coady by Friday, February 15th.




 Guard for a Day -- the Nebraska Army National Guard is sponsoring it's annual student event on Wednesday, February 27 from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.  Interested juniors and seniors who want to learn more about what the Guard has to offer are encouraged to attend.  The sign up sheet is in the Career Center.  A parent permission form is required.  Students on the RTI list or who went last year will NOT be allowed to attend.


Attention Juniors:  Considering a career in law enforcement? Apply to join the Junior Law Cadet Program.  You will stay in Nebraska State Patrol Training Academy in Grand Island in June for four days and learn the latest on law enforcement technology, including fingerprinting, K-9 handling, accident and criminal investigation. You will even get to drive a State Patrol car!  See the brochure in the CC or talk to Mrs. Moser.  Applications due March 1st.
