Board of Education vacancy application

Notice is hereby given that a vacancy exists on the Board of Education of Norris School District #160 as a result of the death of Patty Bentzinger. In accordance with state law, the Board will begin the process of appointing an individual to complete the remainder of Mrs. Bentzinger’s term on the board. The length of the unexpired term is for the same length of time as Ms. Bentzinger would have served on the Board of Education. Interested Applicants must live in Ward 2 to be appointed for the open seat.

TODAY’S ACTIVITIES:             State Baseball Tournament @ Haymarket Park – Norris vs. Omaha Gross

 – 10:00 a.m.

 

There will be a Student Council meeting for ALL 2013-2014 members FRIDAY MORNING AT 8:05 am in Mrs. Hansmeyer's room.  Members will be announced by the end of the day today.

                                   

CHEERLEADERS:  Please turn in your red/green bands to S-1 this week. If you do not return your band, you will be fined.

 

FFA Cook-out today during lunch in Mr. Malone’s room.    Also, check the sign-up sheet by Dr. Harms’ room for the summer events.

 

Summer Speed Development – Sign-up sheet/t-shirt forms are in the high school office or Mr. Allen’s room.
