Track & Field Meeting:  There will be a mandatory meeting during IAP in the north gym next Wednesday, February 26 for all athletes going out for track & field this year. 

 

Football Meeting:  ALL 9-11th grade students interested in participating in football for the 2020 Season please meet in the North Gym on Thursday, February 27 during IAP.  Please report to your IAP teacher then go to the North Gym.

Boys Soccer Sign-up:   If you plan to participate in boys soccer  this spring, please sign up in the high school office.

 

Girls Soccer Sign-up:  All girls interested in playing soccer this spring can sign-up in the high school office. Sign-up deadline is February 21st.


 

Sophomores:  Are you interested in growing your leadership skills and making new friends from across the state? Nebraska Leadership Seminar is the perfect organization for you! This year's seminar is held at SCC in Milford June 18th-21st, 2020. Cost is $200, but sponsors are available. If you have questions email Gracelyn Adams at adamsgra2020f@nsdtitans.org.

 

 

Juniors... to be considered for Cornhusker Boys' State/Girls' State at UNL campus May 31-June 6, 2020, see email sent out by Mrs. Moser.  Learn how our government works. It's a great experience to add to your resume! Applications due Feb 29th the Counseling Center.   

 

Juniors: Interested in Law Enforcement or just curious about what it takes to work in law enforcement?  Apply for the Junior Law Cadet program, held in Grand Island June 22-25. You will get to drive a State Patrol car, learn to fire a weapon under expert guidance, learn self-defense, pressure point control tactics and assault prevention measures, interact with law enforcement officers, study drug enforcement, proper methods of patrolling, K-9 handling and gang issues.  2 girl and 2 boy high school juniors from each of the Nebraska American Legion's districts are chosen to participate. To be considered, fill out the application and submit to the Counseling Center by Feb 29th.Link to Application.
