LAST CALL: Picture order forms are due either way order or not. If you forgot we will hold off til tomorrow – ONE MORE DAY! Picture retakes are scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 6^th.

Please help us build a Hall of Heroes! If you would like to honor someone as your hero please submit their picture a short (4-6 sentences!) write-up of why they are your hero. These hero posters can be made in Google Draw or a Word Processing program and e-mailed to Mrs. Wesch. You can also create them on a piece of construction paper and turn them in to the Student Leader of your LITT class. 6^Th, 7^th, and 8^th grade students – check your e-mail for detailed information on the Hero posters! Posters are due on Friday, November 2^nd.

Tryouts for the 5^th & 6^th grade Talent Show will be Monday, November 5^th and Tuesday, November 6^th right after school. The actual show is Monday, November 19^th at 7:00 p.m. In the HS Auditorium.

Attention DESTINATION IMAGINATION PARTICIPANTS … There will be an informational meeting for all participants, parents, and team managers the evening of Thursday, November 8^th here at school. More details to come via email and a letter.

REMINDER: NO Halloween costumes, or make-up are to be worn or brought to school. Family 1^st Dental of Hickman is having a Halloween Candy Buy Back. Give the Troops Something Sweet to Eat! November 1^st, 5-7 p.m. Have your candy weighed for CASH! 1 Pound of Unopened Candy = $1 (up to 5 lbs).

POCKET CALENDARS are available through the MS Office. Cost $5.00.

STAY STRONG …If you have been bullied or witnessed another student being bullied, immediately report this to a staff member, Mrs. Rupert or Mrs. Tracy. Thank you for helping to make Norris Middle School a safe and welcoming community.

Our Norris Varsity Football Team won last week so on to the next round. They will play here at home on Friday at 7:00 p.m. against Gretna. REMINDER: Admission prices are Adults $7, Students $5. your Athletic passes of any type are not valid due to this being an NSAA sponsored event.

HAVE YOU SEEN THE PILE – IT'S SPOOKY! LOST 'N FOUND HAS GOTTEN OUT OF HAND. PLEASE STOP BY AND FIND WHAT BELONGS TO YOU – YOU MIGHT EVEN BE SURPRISED. REMINDER TO TAKE HOME YOUR LUNCH SACKS AS WELL – THINGS MAY BE STARTING TO GROW.
