We/I hereby request that you accept this application for enrollment

in the Nebraska Wrestling Camp on June 21-22, 2007; and in
consideration of your acceptance of the application we/I will hereby
release the Board of Regents of the
Wrestling Camp and any and all of its employees or agents from all claims
on account of injuries which may be sustained by our/my
child while attending the Nebraska Wrestling Camp at Norris;
and we/I agree to indemnity the Board of Regents of the
University of Nebraska-Omaha, Norris High School, Norris School District
#160, the Norris Wrestling Camp and any and all of
its employees or agents of any claim which may hereafter be
presented by our/my minor child as a result of such injuries.

Team. Solid offensive and defensive
positions, stances, and different attacks will be stressed

and shorts to practice in.
Cost: $40 you
will receive a commemorative T-shirt.
