Year you entered the teaching profession: I began teaching in Glenwood, Iowa in 1995, where I taught for two years. From 1997-2006, I lived in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, working at the American International School of Rotterdam. I started at Norris in 2006.
 

Degrees Held & Institution Received From:  B.S. in Biology from Iowa State University, M.A. in Educational Administration from Michigan State University
 

Favorite thing about teaching: I enjoy helping students better understand the world around them and finding ways to investigate questions and problems they encounter.

Family:  My wonderful wife, Jennifer, and I have two beautiful young daughters, Maya and Stella.
