Students enrolled in Media Production will explore video production, photojournalism, and social media outlets to promote school events and culture. Students will be introduced to interviewing, reporting, writing, editing, videography, broadcast, photography, and design. Students will take, cut, edit, and publish video in headliner and Adobe Premiere Pro.  Students will promote Norris Middle School through social media using ClassIntercom to update the school's Instagram and Twitter accounts.   They will also learn how to use Digital SLR cameras and take pictures are various NMS activities. 

Through these hands-on opportunities and the use of professional equipment and software, students will explore careers while working both independently and collaboratively to create professional productions while meeting deadlines.
