Seniors  If you have any issues that you have not taken care of with your current Chromebook (Broken screens, Audio not working, etc...) stop by Friday. You will save some money on the repairs (This is a one-time offer) and we have a loaner device ready for you to use during the repair time.  Stop by the tech office across from the high school office before this week ends!


Wrestling:  There will be a meeting at 3:30PM on Monday Nov. 6th for those wanting to join the wrestling team this year.  It will be in the wrestling room.  This is for both boys and girls.  If you have any questions contact Coach Duran.  brian.duran@nsdtitans.org

COLLEGE & MILITARY FAIR DURING IAP on NOV 8th

Our last College and Military Fair of this semester during IAP is Wednesday, Nov. 8th. Students-- this info is always posted in your Class of 202# Google Classroom. Seniors & Parents Financial Aid Program- November 8th at 9:00am in the Auditorium 

ALL SENIORS planning to attend college, community college, or trade school & PARENTS. The Norris Financial Aid & Scholarships Program Presentation with EducationQuest is November 8th at 9:00am in the Auditorium. EducationQuest can best help seniors and parents navigate the new FAFSA with all the upcoming changes & updates so that scholars and parents are ready when the application opens in December. Please plan to attend this very important event!

 

Any student-athlete wishing to participate in the November NLI Signing Ceremony, please contact Dr. Stine.  The signing ceremony is Wednesday, November 8 at 7:45 a.m. in the Auditorium.  

 

ASVAB TEST

Juniors or Seniors considering the military are encouraged to sign up to take the free ASVAB test offered at Norris.

When:November 15th @ 9:30am

How to Sign Up 2-step process: Seniors & Juniors first click here to sign up or go to your Google Classroom. Next, complete the Parent Permission form  Print & return this permission form if you are not yet 18. Turn in signed permission forms to the Counseling Center

ACCUPLACER TEST

Seniors planning to attend SCC or another community college next year--consider taking the Accuplacer at Norris.

 

When:November 29th @ 9:30am

Permission form: Print & return this permission form if you are not yet 18

What you need: Bring your Chromebook fully charged on test day

 

Note:  SCC does take ACT scores. If your ACT subject scores weren’t high enough for required placement, you’ll need to take the Accuplacer-SCC’s placement test also.
