Parent Help

The following screen captures may help you navigate the PowerSchool site.

Log in with the login name and password you receive at registration or in the mail, and then use the icons at the top of the next screen to navigate the PowerSchool site (Create an account  - Create an account HELP).



The Grades and Attendance screen displays 2 weeks of attendance information, grade averages, and attendance totals. See the bottom of the screen for a legend describing our attendance codes.

 

After clicking on a grade average, you will be able to view detail for the assignments that make up that grade.
 

If a teacher has provided an assignment description, the assignment title is a blue hyperlink and displays the following screen.

 

The Attendance History screen displays attendance information for the whole semester for your student.

 

Teacher Comments are visible at all times. Please be aware that teachers may change these comments only at the times when they are submitting progress reports and grade reports.



This screen allows you to request automated attendance and grade reports from the PowerSchool server.
