Norris School District, Resource

C.I.R.C.L.E.  8  is a required class for 8th grade students.  The class will meet three times a week for sixty-eight minutes each session.  Students will be required to complete a State Activities packet and Current Event weekly.

Students will be introduced to the following areas throughout the school year:

    Computers:        Learning applications for office management systems.
 

    Integration:         Combining projects for two or more classes.
 

    Reading:            Time to complete Accelerated Reader activities.
 

    Current Events  Current Event required weekly.
 

    Library:                Time used in the Library using resource material for
                                  assignments.
 

    Enrichment:        Integrating vocabulary, spelling, math from other core
                                classes.
