About 100 students take a massive amount of plastic and transform it into a model of the largest animal that has ever lived. This blue whale project takes about 3 hours and costs a total of about $65-$70. The students rotate between 5 different sections (art, grid, plastic, trivia, and story). We deflate the whale and then store it for future use.
