Results from the Peru State Math Contest on Friday, February 26th:

Five schools in our division:  Beatrice, Nebraska City, Falls City, Syracuse, and us.

Individual test:

Seniors:  Josh Nelson picked up a silver medal in the Calculus test
Juniors:  Hannah Monson picked up silver in PreCal
Sophomores:  Austin Walker picked up gold in Alg 2 / Trig
Freshmen:  Luke Monhollon – bronze,  Ethan Cox – silver in Geometry

Team Test:    Sophomores 1^st place

Quiz Bowl Results

Seniors:  1^st place (led by Annelise Madison)
Sophomores:  1^st Place (led by Austin Walker)

Overall:  2^nd place for the TEAM Title, behind Syracuse (13 schools total).

The next contest will be at NorthWest Missouri State University on Thursday, March 18th.  We can take an entire mini-bus load (14 kids).
Let me know if you are interested in going.  Cost will be your food.  I cannot take freshmen to this contest.  We leave at 7:00 AM and will get back at 3:30 PM.
