(www.eboard.com) is an easy way to get
your class online.
- Each
board can have post-it type of notes for discussion, information, pictures
and retrieving files.
- You
need to know the name of the board and the password to view the board.
There is also a password for editing the board and a control center
password for setting defaults.
- You
can change the color of the board and the color of each post-it note.
- This
is a very easy and non-intimidating way of setting up a home page or
information online.
GaggleNet (www.gaggle.net) is a way for a school to
outsource its student email and maintain control over students. (This is a free
service if you are willing to accept ads.)

email filtering of keywords
- Allows
teacher access to view student email
- Can
delegate rights to individual teachers for setting up classes and accounts
