Middle School Cross Country teams complete successful season!

Monday, October 24, 2016

The Norris Middle School cross country team this year posted hard earned and well deserved finishes in each of the races in which they competed.  The Titan girls and boys teams each finished with team titles in four of the five and a runner up in the regular season.  The season concluded on October 8th at the Jr. High State Championships.  The Titan team was coming off team titles the previous day at the Norris invite.  Despite the task of running back to back days both the boys and girls landed top 5 places.  Leading the way for the 5th place boys were medalists Zach Pittman who finished 10th and Luke Sheehan finishing in 20th.  The girls team ran to a 4th place finish and was lead by Libby Gourlay who took home the 17th place medal.
